We provide two staging® options either a consultation or a bid:

Consultation – The purpose of a consultation is to help you complete the staging work on your own. We will visit your property and provide a detail report on what needs to be completed. A consultation does not give you the option of renting our accessories or furniture, but we will include a list of suggested items or can provide a personal shopper service at an additional cost. We will return a few days before you place the property on the market, Open House, or a mutual goal date to make sure everything is ready.  

Bid – The purpose of a bid is for us to complete the staging® for you. With your permission we will take photos of the home and make a full assessment of what it will cost for us to complete the work. This option will require a few homework items for you to complete. A bid also includes the option of renting our accessories and/or furniture for a small monthly fee. We are part of a buying group with World Furniture Outlet. This group allows us to provide you a unique inventory of items for an occupied or vacant property. We will make sure the home is ready by the date you place the property on the market, Open House, or a mutual goal date.

Staging® your property is only one of the many tools available at Red Door. Below is a list of options that no one should be without. Open each door to another adventure in real estate marketing and we will give you a professional edge in the industry.

• Virtual Tours - Do you need a virtual tour or do you need new photos now that your property is staged®. We can shoot or re-shoot your virtual tour and provide you with a CD of the photos or a link to Realtor.com. This package will include all rooms and the exterior of the property.

• Flyers – Why not have shots of your newly staged® property? We can use your current flyer layout or create something unique utilizing your corporate colors, logo, and personal photo.
